Welcome to Tomlin Cutlery's new site. The V-Tech knives page is up offering two great everyday use knives. Also check out the items
I have listed on this page at very special prices. Please note that these are special prices to
help me get your attention, but even after this sale I will offer competitive
prices.
Furthermore, at Tomlin
Cutlery YOU DON'T PAY FOR SHIPPING! Ever. No matter how many
knives you order. Dig? Lot's of knife sites will give you a cheap purchase
price, but by the time you pay S&H, you could buy it from me without
all the math. Please
remember to factor this in when you're comparison shopping (and I know
you shop around because you're a savvy internet shopper).
And now for the specials.
I'm picking some relatively new releases that are real lookers. Manufacturers
have been making a big effort lately to give production knives a more
"custom" look. They do this by offering more unusual color
schemes and handle materials, and by actually producing factory versions
of custom knives from well known knife makers. Some knives that I think
illustrate this point very well are:
| Kershaw
Ken Onion Splinter
A sensible AUS-8A
blade on a linerlock with the quality you expect from Kershaw
and the attractive comfortable curves you expect from Onion's
designs with handles colored by a double anodizing process.
Kershaw calls this their "smoked" finish which yields
subtle differences that make every knife unique.
Regular price: $99.00
Special T.C. price through December: $85.00

Getlman
from Columbia River Knife & Tool
If you read
knife magazines there's no doubt you've seen a picture of one
of Barry Gallagher's beautiful handmade Hummingbird knives.
CRKT now offers a factory version with more affordable materials,
but maintaining the dynamic, sweeping lines that make the design
a conversation starter. The two piece grey anodized sculpted
scales allow the black TiNi coating of the liners to show through
creating a subtle contrast. The liners are CNC machined to mimic
the file work of the handmade models. AUS-8 blade, polished
stainless pocket clip and thumbstud with Kraton® insert.
Regular price: $89.00
Special T.C. price through December: $75.00

surfboards is still evident in the graceful design of the knives
he has been making for over twenty years. The Buck/Mayo TNT
is based on one of Tom's most popular custom designs and is
manufactured by Buck to his specifications.
